Islamic Money
Everyday Account (Wadiah) - PRE-LAUNCH WAITLIST
NOT YET AVAILABLE - waitlist only. Islamic Money (formerly Islamic Bank Australia) is not open, is not a bank, and holds no banking (ADI) licence: it voluntarily returned its restricted ADI licence to APRA on 1 March 2024 after failing to raise launch capital, and has never held a customer deposit. The planned Everyday Account is a Wadiah (safekeeping) transaction account with a Visa Debit card, Apple Pay/Google Pay, instant notifications, and app card controls - targeted for the full-bank launch the company hopes to achieve in 2027, contingent on raising $40M and regaining an APRA licence.
Monthly Fee
